You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Service availability

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify services for maintenance, with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CribsKenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
